Technical Set Up

To manage grievances and suggestions being submitted, WCS is using a combination of three tools:

KoboToolbox to enter the grievance
OpenFn to transfer the grievance from KoBoToolbox to ASANA
ASANA to store, manage and track grievances resolutions
