Technical Set Up

To manage grievances and suggestions being submitted, WCS is using a combination of three tools:  

• KoboToolbox to enter the grievance 

• OpenFn to transfer the grievance from KoBoToolbox to ASANA 

• ASANA to store, manage and track grievances resolutions
